HOTEL TREVI Palazzo Natalini

I loved this hotel so much that I came back for a second stay, which is quite unusual for me! Both visits were wonderful, but what made this place truly special was the kindness and generosity of the people. When I returned, they welcomed me so warmly and gave me the most beautiful room with a large balcony stretching across the front. It was such a lovely surprise, and I felt genuinely appreciated — less like a passing traveler and more like a returning friend. The hotel itself is full of charm, right in the heart of beautiful Trevi. But it is the people who make it exceptional. They went out of their way to make me feel comfortable and cared for. When you’re traveling extensively and moving from place to place, that kind of warmth and personal attention means more than you can imagine. I left with such affection for this place and the wonderful people who welcomed me. I would return in a heartbeat!

The style of the room and the little courtyard

Really appreciated their last minute accommodation during the Palio. Lovely room and gorgeous property with amazing views. So convenient to historic center.

This hotel is in an historic building within the medieval walls of Trevi, and a short walk from the main sights, bars and restaurants. The building itself is attractive and there's a terrace where you can sit outside. The ceilings are high, and there's some interesting old furniture and art.. There is a lift to take baggage upstairs (the stairs are rather steep).

Unfortunately the hotel does not cope at all well with hot weather. A single fan can't keep a room cool enough for a good night's sleep. The hotel lift is definitely due for replacement; this is a safety issue and the hotel is not suitable for anyone with a disability. A thing that was slightly strange was the 'welcome leaflet' in the room which really was not very welcoming - it was essentially a list of rules and costs for extras.
