The location and property itself was amazing. Several of us stayed there for meetings at the Convention Center which was about a 10-15 minute Uber ride. The rooftop deck was incredible although we had a little rain and long days of meetings so didn’t get to use it quite as much as we would have liked. There was a free mini electric taxi shuttle over to a shopping/restaurant district a few blocks away. And the small convenience and liquor store across the street was handy.

Property was very comfortable. The lighting was a little sparse and was mainly overhead. I had no working lights in my bedroom but the owner quickly responded and brought in two lamps. the common space could benefit from some lamps and non-overhead lighting as well.

Beautiful Home Beautiful views of the peninsula easy access to long Beach. beds were soo plush and such a nice surprise to have so comfy. Espresso machine and waters in fridge made my entire stay!!

SENSATIONAL! Big, spacious, immaculate and well appointed. Beds incredibly comfortable and no detail missed! we travel internationally several times a year and this place is in our top five EVER!

The only thing we would have changed would have been having the ability to configure the second king room as two singles!

Excellent Stay and Services.

I loved the Sun Terrace on the Roof, that was amazing to watch the sunset every over the bay every evening. I also liked how comfortable the beds and the furniture were, there was very little that hadnt been thought of to make our stay as comfortable as possible.

I honestly cannot think of anything at all. I would love to give the owners some feedback for what they could do better but this has obviously been a very successful business for them and they have nailed it.

Location of this beach house is awesome. The host was wonderful, checking in was easy and he was completely helpful with anything that was needed. The home itself is spacious, comfortable and fully stocked! It was the perfect locations for our small “moms” getaway. We were even able to catch the Naples Christmas boat parade which was so fun. Can’t say enough about this place!

I loved everything, the only thing to mention is that there is a lot of stairs so be prepared for that. However that wasn’t a negative in our book, we enjoyed getting our workout in
