The location is perfect in pretty Filey. In easy walking distance of beach, shops and restaurants. There is a large Tesco, train station and bus station also in walking distance. The apartment is modern and comfortable and perfect for a self catering holiday. Added bonus if a parking space.
There isn’t a lift which may be a problem for some. Shower overhead in ensuite didn’t look as though it had been cleaned for sometime!

The central Filey location is perfect for families wanting a short walk to the beach. Everything was clean, plenty of room in the property and kitchen had everything you need.
My one very small criticism is that the pillows were hard for me buy no one else thought so.

Everything about this apartment is high end from the location to the furnishings. Everything is comfortable and all you could need is provided in the kitchen. You are literally in the middle of the main shopping area with access to plenty of eateries. Dedicated parking is a bonus as well. We would definitely stay again.

We self catered but location was perfect for all amenities.
On looking for hairdryer it was in a drawer lying amongst a lot of long brown hairs which should have been removed earlier.
