Good location near the train station. Has a communal kitchenette type area with a balcony. Once inside the room is nice enough. The staff were lovely.
Not exactly a hotel like it is portrayed on booking.com. You need a code to get in the door and you then enter to a communal foyer for the entire building. Couldn’t adjust the shower head and the water pressure caused it to be pushed back. Could do with making sure each surface is dusted properly.

Great hotel near Termini Station!
The room was small, but perfect for resting between excursions. I was very pleased with the wonderful shampoo and shower gel—my demanding hair felt incredibly silky. The mattress was a bit firm, but that's a matter of preference.
Special thanks to Laura and Bashar for being so responsive. We asked for a quiet room, and it was indeed super quiet. Due to the August heat reaching 35°C, the air conditioning initially couldn't keep up, but Bashar happily accommodated us and changed our room.
We were absolutely delighted with our trip. We will definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to everyone!
