Nice place very friendly

All was good

It is a newly built hotel in an up and coming part of town so there isn't much traffic noise, which made a good nights sleep. The comfortable bed helped too!

The only option for dinner late at night was Sonic -but they were great.

Beds super comfy, they gave us a handicap room which was pretty big as well as the bathroom.

The beds were way more comfortable than I was expecting. I’ve only stayed at a couple of hotels whose beds were that comfy.

The line was way too long for breakfast. They were packed and super busy. I was really looking forward to a waffle, but there was only one waffle iron and about6 or 7 people in line for it. I just had a biscuit and hash browns.

The staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean. We love staying here when in the area.

There was a baseball/softball tournament and a lot of players and their families were staying there. Those people were loud, allowed their kids to run up and down the halls, were rude to the staff, especially the breakfast staff, and had no respect for other guests in the building. It had nothing to do with the hotel staff because they were doing their best to control the mess.

Housekeeping service was hard to get. And, it was substandard unless you supervised service yourself. Breakfast was average at best. Breakfast bar was out of food, juice, & utensils usually. Request for remedy from staff yielded nothing but bad attitudes from the staff.
