Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet, direkt im Herzen von Primošten mit vielen Restaurants und Cafés in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Besonders praktisch war der günstige Parkplatz mit Golfcart-Shuttle zur Unterkunft und zurück am Abreisetag.

Der einzige kleine Kritikpunkt war ein unangenehmer Geruch im Kühlschrank, obwohl dieser sauber wirkte. Ansonsten gab es nichts zu beanstanden.

Location, location, location! The apartment is spacious, and our stay was very comfortable. The terrace was a real highlight, with a lovely view. We really enjoyed our stay and would happily come back.

The nearby restaurant has a second-floor dining area that is visible from the balcony, so there is a little less privacy when the restaurant is busy. However, this is simply a feature of the location and not really something that can be changed.

We appreciated that the air conditioning worked well, that the apartment was ready before the official check-in time, and that it has an excellent central location.

Unfortunately, the apartment was not very clean, and the hot water was unavailable for most of our stay. The laundry also did not dry properly ( we had no balcon and had to dry it next to the door), and water leaked from underneath the shower glass onto the bathroom floor. Additionally, the TV had no regular channels ( could not watch the WM), although Netflix was available. Considering the price, we expected a better overall standard, especially regarding cleanliness and maintenance.

The room is nice and the bed was comfy, and it was good it had a washing machine... but there is no sea view, only the penthouse has that. Slightly decieving as the main pik for the place is a sea view. Also, the rooms are all interconnected, so you can literally hear everything from the rooms either side of you from under/through a door. We hardly slept because of one very loud couple on one side, they were partying till 1am each night, and having very loud sex from early morning through the day. The shower was also usually cold, because these rooms share the supply. Our hosts didn't seem to care or check in on how we were coping once we complained. He did say he would talk to the neighbours, but i would have thought he would have checked in, and nothing actually improved. The parking is quite convenient as they pick you up in a golf cart, and the location is awesome, but we would not stay here again. Ps parking costs 10 euro per day.

See above. We would not stay here again. Primosten as a place is very cute and the sea is lovely, but the restaurants are very expensive and the noise between the rooms and cold showers were horrible.
