The apartment was really nice will be looking at potentially going back with the family as has everything needed for a family weekend away

There wasn't really anything I didn't like but if i was to say anything sometimes difficult to get a taxi as no taxi ranks near

Apartment was immaculate, Spacious with all appliances to make it a very comfortable stay! Booking.com office let us leave our luggage in their offices

Picking up keys 20 minutes away! Keys not ready at 1.45 so had to wait till 4.30 when booking.com office opened again. I believe checking in was 3pm but it’s not possible if office is shut

Spacious apartment with huge balcony. First floor, ideal with children. Great pools, loved late night swimming too. Good bar at pool. Spotless. Great location, one block from the beach.

Collection of key, no directions given only address. Arrived 1pm so had to pay transfer to take us for key collection. It's a good twenty minutes walk away but when you don't know where to go, not easy. Check in 4.30 but got key early or would have to return! Also, office shuts in the afternoon. Had to hand key in the box night before as early flight back. There's an office on site at Sunset Waves, so why not collect there? I wouldn't return due to the hassle of key collection off site otherwise excellent stay. One Lifeguard only gave us 3 mins to go to apartment for food or loose our sunbed?! Rather strict!

only negative was the collection of the keys which were 20 mins away. this process wasn’t awful and not practical at all, wasted a day of our holiday looking for the collection place.

spotlessly clean apartment, great location away from the hustle and bustle of the more touristy Benidorm. great heated pool, short walk to the beach, shops and restaurants.

The key pick up was a good distance from the apartment and as it wasn’t ready when we arrived, we just had to wait around near the apartment until they phoned us several hours later, about 3.30pm and we then picked the key up from the lovely lady who cleaned it and we felt we lost a day as there was no-where to leave our cases. There was no info in the apartment regarding the facilities available, Wi-Fi code, local recommendations etc. emergency contacts etc.

Nothing not to like really, bathrooms could do with towel rails and more crockery

Apartment is exceptionally High standard fixtures and fittings, heated pool and jaccuzis, pure luxury, totally made our winter holiday enjoyable

Nothing not to like except the high prices for just a couple 😢 great for a larger group, also that the heated pool was not open at 7am as it was supposed to be some days it was just before midday
