Breakfast was not included with booking. House was spacious and was very comfortable for our group of 9.
At booking, a hot tub was included with the property; however on arrival it was not there. We should have been informed of this change. Disappointed in not being updated.

overall it was good comfy stay, only thing we missed was jacuzzi which they said is not working rest, its a beautiful property
jacuzzi was not working, it was a big family so we are sorry we got late in check out but when u have a big family it happens, the person came for cleaning was rude, so we felt a bit harsh on that front otherwise excellent property

Plenty of space for our group of 4 to spread out. Convenient to town. Had everything we needed.
