the apartment was very clean and very close to the beach. communication with the host was also very good!! definitely recommend to anybody going to Nea Peramos!

The owner met us personally and showed us the apartment. Very spacious bedrooms with comfortable beds and two balconies. Excellent location, parking places were always available in front of the house or within 50m. Good free Wi-Fi. Excellent apartment for your summer vacation.

The location is great. 1 min away /by foot/ from the Supermarket and a free parking (in case there are no parking spots available infront of the building) and also 1 min away /by foot/ from the main street. In the lobby you can find a very detailed board with most important information (pediater phone and location, hospital phone, taverns, etc) which was quite helpful. Also, you can eat in the kitchen or in the summer kitchen (in the common yard) with your whole family. There is a coffee machine (capsules) which allowed us to save time and directly go to the beach. The Ammolofoi beach is just 5 min away by car and is one of the best beaches in the region.

The fan in the bathroom was quite noisy, but this was not an issue when you close the bathroom's and bedroom's door.

Everything was great! Perfect service, excellent cleanliness, very comfortable beds, very good location with parking space.
