Master room is large. Bed comfy and shower pressure excellent. Washing machine and dryer works well.

Not enough crockery and cutlery. 2 of most things. Should be 4 as a minimum.

The sofa bed was previously damaged and could not be utilised as a spare bed. Apart from this, everything else during this stay was great, from the rooms to the bathrooms and the provided amenities!

The host had requested credit card information prior to our arrival in order to take a $300 bond, we requested a written form for this however we were able to void the bond and pay the advertised price.

despite paying the security deposit and sending POI to the host we waited and waited for the code for the lock box til way after check in time. As I was travelling with a young man with a disability and we had flown from Perth to Melbourne on the midnight flight we had not slept and asked if we could get in a little early. No reply. So we waited in the lobby of the apartment where we were rudely told we could not sleep even sitting up as it was not appropriate. Try telling that to people that are just exhausted. Finally we got the code and I had to walk a distance to where the lock box was hidden, retrieve the keys and the box and then we could gain access to the apartment. A simple act of kindness would have gone a long way. The apartment had been cleaned some time before we arrived so it was not a cleaning deadline issue it was just plainly "the rules".

Great for being close to PT and the Alfred hospital. 2 bathrooms is very helpful. Key storage is easy.

There is only one key but you can buzz up to the unit which is really handy.
