Beautifully light, clean with good facilities

Cosy, warm good location. Lots of walks. Nice friendly village. Local shop, pubs and Tesco 10 minutes away.

Hob didn’t work properly took ages to cook something. Around shower screen upstairs needed cleaning and there were 2 used plasters inside the washing machine.

Lots of space, good selection of board games, convenient parking, lovely walks nearby, dog friendly, fresh clean bedding and towels, good supply of kitchen ware (cutlery, mugs, plates etc), love the coffee machine though the local Londis and Tesco don’t sell compatible pods (is there a recycling scheme for them?),

Cleanliness was a bit of an issue. Lots of old dust throughout the property including hanging from the ceilings and walls, very dusty lamps in bedrooms, front of cupboards and fridge in kitchen had stains on where things have been spilt (I wiped them off so very easy to do), old crumbs in fridge door compartments, seal around freezer door was pretty grim and full of black dirt. Not issues that effected my rating but constructive feedback: -Had read reviews about bins in bedrooms and bathroom and thought it was a negligible comment but actually it would have been convenient to have, especially with 2 teenage girls, there was no where to put sanitary products about from outside or kitchen bin which isn’t hygienic or practical. Would be useful to have, even if you asked for them to be emptied at the end of the stay. -Lounge area..the property can house 5 people so it would be comfier to have larger sofas in the lounge as it was a squeeze to get us all on as 4 adults. -More toilet roll -Larger dog bowls or just don’t say there are any..we have a Labrador and didn’t bring hers with it saying there was one but they were tiny so used her travel one)

The location was perfect for visiting family who live in the area.

There was nothing we did not like.

Spacious property, good location by the beach and very short drive from Tesco superstore (roughly 5 minutes). Very peaceful location. Mostly well equipped kitchen, and enjoyed the use of the French press and and milk frother. Very good property for families with older children (due to the steep stairs).

Although the kitchen was well equipped, it was a shame we were unable to use the complimentary Nescafé machine as it was unclean. Additionally, it would be nice to have had bins upstairs and a toaster in the kitchen. Lastly, at times the WIFI was unreliable.

Very spacious and near the centre/beach. Brilliant location and mostly clean. Great having two bathrooms. Mostly quiet neighbourhood.

We had to wash pans and cutlery. It smelt as though somebody had been smoking in the lounge, but may have been from next door. The kitchen hot tap stopped working. The outside bin was full. Sadly and no fault of the property the house next door to the main bedroom on the right had a TV on loud until the early hours and again early morning.
