It was okay ,definitely hot tube helped a lot to like it

Double bed and mattress need to upgrade, nightmare to sleep on it

Very clean, comfortable and well equipped

Location not ideal as had to drive everywhere

Great location for exploring area, hot tub was great, hot all day. Lodge was comfy, well equipped, would stay again

Would have preferred laundry facilities in lodge, but that just a minor point. Don't make clear on booking .com the extra charge for dogs.

The property is in a beautiful setting. This was our second time here. Kitchen is quite well equipped. Belladrum park run just next door is really convenient. Clear communication of how to check I. Etc was very good.

It’s hard to call these lodges solid luxury because they don’t feel as such. The Arran products are a nice touch but the lodge was not clean and not that comfortable either. Clearly they allow dogs to stay which is a wonderful thing however the lodge is not cleaned properly after. There was so much dog hair. The floor and skirting looked like it had not been cleaned in a long time. The hot tub which should be around 37 degrees was like warm. You cannot properly watch TV from the second sofa and for luxury lodge you do expect at least a smart TV with a bracket that swivels enough so that everyone can watch. Little touches that don’t cost much but make a huge difference. It was disappointing this time. We did not complain or give the property a chance to rectify things. I was there to rub the Lochness marathon and just wanted to focus on that.
