The property is a short walk into Lytham, there is parking right outside the property with a reserved bay. The apartment is very comfortable with all amenities you need, the bed was very comfy with a thick duvet for the winter months, walk in shower. The garden had space to sit if the weather is nice, so all in all a great place to stay

Good location. Nice, clean and cozy flat.
Small sized property for the price we paid. When we informed her of an issue with the shower not being hot (in the morning after we had checked out as we were only staying one night) she dismissed the problem with a rude and patronising message. It is a shame because prior to that she had been pleasant and helpful.
