The location

The location was in the centre of city and near to all sites of visit.

The service was very bad. Had to call several times to housekeeping for cleaning of the rooms or water bottles. Hot water not available. No responsive staff at the hotel. Manager didn't come even after various complaints.

Positives Size of the room. Clean and decluttered style of the rooms.

Negatives The hotel was listed as 4 star property which it definitely isnt. There isn't any Concierge or bell boy department to help you with respective services. The reception issues only 1 entry card per room even if you are a family. Smallest hotels around world issue 2 if your room is on double occupancy. Then at check out hotel staff made a scene to have our cards back also they wanted to charge for the lost card. Civil work was going on in the next room and many other places of the hotel during our stay of 4 nights which is very loud and disturbing. We faced power outages around 8 to 9 times during our stay period and these outages are only limited to our hotel rest of the city had electricity. In regards to the room amenities. Very Small wardrobe specially when you have kids. Very small dustbin. And no garbage bag in both dustbins and when I requested they said they don't have one as I wanted to dispose my younger child's diapers in a garbage bag. TV only offers DTH service of the basic package. No tissue box provided. Room cleaners don't mop the floor.

Understanding the pressure on hotel of just being recently opened, saw staff members ranging from waiters to room service to restaurant managers and receptions all working hard as team to provide best customer service with politeness possible.

I expected something a little more on complimentary like a cake when I shared it was my anniversary & also a little welcome drink on arrival followed by little rajasthani theme night programs in premises for guest would have enhanced the overall cherry on top of all. This is just a suggestion for improvement otherwise no complaints on best that was provided.
