Superb location (literally 1 block away from the cathedral, in the heart of the historic part of the city). Kitchen is super equipped (probably the most utensils, soap, etc. I've ever seen in a hotel/vacation home), apartment is extremely nice and while a studio, does not feel cramped. Even has an x-box (not that anyone visiting in the heart of such a beautiful town should spend a minute playing video games, IMO)! It is well lit and the views are great. Also includes washer/dryer which was a huge plus. Would absolutely stay again and highly reccomend!
Only two things keep this from being a 10;
* Checkout could be a little later (was 10am)
* The stairs up to the apartment (especially the last flight) are extremely dangerous (rounded, uneven, slick, and very small). Quite a challenge to get your luggage up them without killing yourself, even for a physically fit younger (>30) adult.
Very minor, but better instructions for connecting to the wifi would be helpful.

"Great location, walking distance to pretty much everything, clean, heating works well. We were silly and were on the wrong floor, and the host quickly assisted us via phone, very responsive."
