Victoria the manager is the best thing about this property. she caters to every need and knows the island so well. she did our whole itinerary we saw everything in less than two days we wanted. she had the best recommendations and is the nicest vacation staff I ever met. the hotel is also very stylish modern and value

as it’s such a new hotel a couple of small things the door was tricky for us to lock at night. other than that this hotel is such great value

Simply perfect. Lovely staff, excellent position, superbe renovation of the apartment, fully equipped with all amenities. Christian is the best owner and his staff was always pending to our request. I loved the jacuzzi in the hot indoor pool. it is exactly what you can expect from a boutique hotel in St Barth.

The apartment is very private and the duplex setup works well. The duplex is very modern and has a private sitting area with lounge chair in the back. Sea views from one of the two bedrooms was lovely. The full kitchen was great. This is a great place for families or friends getting away together. There were some fun lizards to befriend - they are completely passive - just lounging around.

The kitchen area was a little buggy - I know that's hard to avoid being in the Caribbean but this could have been better taken care of. The pool area is not exposed, it's underground and quite dark. When I stayed I felt it had not been cleaned properly and so I did not use it. There may have been a party the night before because there were empty wine and beer bottles all over and clothing left on the floors etc. This was the same even 3 days later so no cleaned. But if it was kept clean it would be great and there is a kitchen area and a grill so you can have that pool space to yourself.

Chris, the manager is superb. He was extremely accommodating and just an overall warm, funny and engaging person. Very anticipatory. The property was perfectly clean and looks even better than the pictures. It was like being at home. I will definitely stay here again. Quiet yet convenient. Perfect.

The internet was touch and go at times but that is typical of island life. It really was a wonderful experience that I look forward to repeating.
