Very clean, spacious home, lots of dishes to cook with, beautiful pool, gas grill. The black fence blocking the pool has a hook and eye lock at the top and it is 4ft high, that coupled with the alarm on the back door is a great supplement to protecting kids from the pool which is 3ft and 5ft deep. you get a QR code emailed to you the day of arriving for gate access, it can been a pain sometimes but there is a guard button and they will allow you in with proof. Trash cans are taken out and brought back in by local management We have already booked again for next year, this time in May

Kitchen cupboards and pantry were cluttered and hard to put groceries away. TV in master bedroom needs updating or a new remote, I bought new batteries for it and it still had issues. Internet had lots of issues, maintenance was supposed to come back in the morning but rang the door bell at 7pm so we did not answer it as it was late for us and our kids (some of which fell asleep after a long day for them) No Walmart+ delivery for some reason The pool was only cleaned once in the three weeks we stayed. Toilet by the garage is crooked causing a whistle. Oven seems to be missing a gasket which creates a lot of heat when it’s on Door knob on pantry needs replacing Carpets are curled up in the garage which makes for a tripping hazard.

I liked the how clean the property was on arrival, there was an ample supply of towels, pillows and linen. Also, there was plenty of cookware and dinnerware. All of the appliances worked we used.

The problem was with the WiFi reception it was hard making and receiving calls. After, a couple of days we had problem getting on the property because the scanned code wasn't working so, we had to call the office to make entrance.

Stairs bottom step should not match floor my daughter missed it and fell ! The rest of us almost did ! The patio door needs some work hard to open and close.

The private pool and space of the overall house

The home needs upgrades. The electric in the kitchen definitely needs to be updated. It was multiple times when the outlets did not work. The sink faucet fell right off the nozzle. One of the beds in the kids are had a big hole in the box spring. The gate outside where the pool is was broken, so different kind of bugs kept getting into the pool area. The Internet kept going out, so I was constantly trying to re-hook it up to the TVs.

Everything!! Very comfortable and feel like being at home or better!

There was roaches and mice. Also, the pool & jacuzzi were dirty. There was a kool-aid wrapper in the jacuzzi and different items in the pool.
