CX Turin Marconi

Location convenient for our needs. Quiet neighborhood, close to Metro station and bus stops - easy access to sights. Restaurants etc close by. Clean, spacious room with a minibar and a kettle. Nice bathroom. Affordable price. Parking on site (extra charge)

1) In the first room they gave us, the air conditioning wasn't working. So, the staff moved us to another, smaller room without a sofa, which wasn’t very convenient. The staff told us we could adjust the air conditioning using the room’s thermostat. However, that wasn’t the case. The air conditioning was centrally controlled, didn’t cool the room sufficiently, and was so noisy that it was hard to sleep at night. 2) In the (double) room, there was (only) one chair next to a small table and a floor lamp, but there was no wall outlet to plug in the lamp (!!). 3) The access cards for the hotel facilities and the room didn’t always work. 4) Breakfast offered limited choices; it was acceptable, but it could use some improvement. 5) The extra charge for the parking (20euros/night) is expensive. Overall, next time we’ll book a different hotel.

* Comfortable rooms: modern, clean, and surprisingly quiet * Great location, easy access to transport and convenient for exploring the city * Friendly staff, cute, welcoming and helpful throughout the stay - lovely welcome notes thanks guys : ) ! * Nice common areas, relaxed atmosphere with good spaces to unwind * Good value, perfect for a simple, comfortable city break

Room temperature issues: the AC/heating wasn’t always easy specially during night time (very hot, seems like they switched them off)

The location

The AC in the room was not working properly and it was extremely hot. I mentioned to the reception but they explained to me that the AC was centrally operated was getting turned on only after 11AM. However I did not notice any difference in the AC operation even after 11 AM. I think I was lied to...

Super nettes Personal

Frühstück absolute Katastrophe, auf jeder Fall den Café Infersitäte im die Ecke wählen. 14,-€ sind reine Abzocke im Hotel
