Super location with convenient parking. A very nice property.
A minor detail, but It would’ve been nice if somebody had refilled the shampoo/shower gel. Also, the shower isn’t great if you’re on the larger side (like me).

Very close to the Nurburgring circuit.
Big free parking lot next to the place.
Everything you need nearby, commerce, groceries, restaurants, etc.
Spacious room and bathroom plus balcony.
Mattress could be replaced with a newer, firmer one, as the current one is quite worn and has noticeable bumps.
Humidity in the room because the windows have been left open on a rainy day before my arrival.
Just two small points for improvement. They were not deal-breakers at all, but addressing them would have earned a 10/10 from me.

Nice sizeable rooms. Very clean and comfortable place to be while staying.
I personally think a mini fridge for each room would be a nice addition, to keep snacks or drinks cool while staying there.

Lovely location and easy parking.
During a heatwave made the stay very uncomfortable. I can live with no air con but there wasn’t even a fan. The only ventilation is the windows but the blinds block the air flow leading to a roasting nights sleep of approx 3 hours. No water provided, only fizzy drinks in the communal area. Could do with removing all the cobwebs in the stairwell as there was lots of spiders.
