Absolutely amazing location and the views from the outdoor areas were phenomena. Watching the sunset and sunrise was mesmerising. Plenty of space for the 12 of us. The facility was clean and the beach was only a two minute walk. The taxi to the property was cheap and didn't take longer than 12 minutes. The area is safe, friendly and everything is accessible. We absolutely loved it and for us it felt like home. There were plenty of rooms and a kitchen that had everything you need. We will definitely be coming back here again.

Just the stairs, the suitcases were a bit hard to rally up. Other than that amazing.

The location was good as it was very much in the centre of Puerto del Rosario. The apartment was large and came with a jacuzzi. We had plenty of tables to eat at, and ample outdoor space. The host was friendly, provided help when necessary and was always available on the phone.

The facilities were lacking, the kitchen was missing many cooking items (although the host kindly provided us with these after we requested them). In terms of the bathrooms, two out of three were not functioning well (sometimes there was no water, other times the pressure was really low, and in one of the bathrooms we found hairs in the shower). The multi-function shower, though impressive-looking in the photos, didn't work at all and the pressure was so low that it was impossible to take a proper shower. In this same bathroom, there were leaks from the shower and toilet and the sink was cracked. There were issues closing the outdoor bathroom properly. The light switches were confusing and the electrics seemed to have been done in a very haphazard way. There was a lack of attention to detail as if nobody had actually lived there - eg there were no hooks in the bathroom, places to hang your towels; one of the bed's legs was twisted, and we had to straighten it out ourselves. Getting from one part of the flat to the other required crossing other bedrooms, important to take into account as there's a lack of privacy. We hope that before the next guest arrives, we hope someone will go in, correct basics like the leaking tap in the kitchen, the broken shower door handles the cracked sink, and repair the outside bathroom shower.
