On the morning of my check-in date, they created a whatsapp group regarding my stay going over what time I will arrive at the villa for collecting the keys, going over rules of the stay, the maid service, etc and also provided a direct communication with the villa if any questions or issues that might arise during my stay. There were a few issues that arose but they solved it pretty quick and efficiently. The living room was a nice, cozy area with a smart TV and fast wifi throughout the villa. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and there was also a drying machine located at the back of the kitchen (which I did not use though). The bedroom itself was decently sized and comfortable with ample supply of toiletries (except there was no shampoo that I could find). The pool was great and well maintained with two sun lounger chairs, a big beach umbrella and a table and chairs also outside. My villa had a sliding garage door, but noticed that not all villas had that. Lastly, the villa is located in a closed community with a 24hr security guard at the front gate, so its a quiet area and feeling safe. We also noticed there was a fitness center but we also did not use it. Also there is a 7/11 and a bunch of restaurants/bars/massage/etc within a short walking distance, around 5minutes.

No response to communication whatsoever. AC wasn’t working first night when we called staff for complaining they just coldly said nothing can be done now and only in the morning. Morning at 12pm too we had to remind them again. 2 people spent the night on the couch.

Not negative for some but we did find that the mattress was on the hard side netherless we had a great stay at the villa!! Got to use our private pool even though was raining kids had a blast anyways!!

Loved how easy the check in was. Very clean and inviting. Staff were absolutely incredible. We took advantage of the tuktuk and our driver was just amazing. He made everything so much easier for us. Even security were incredible. Our home away from home was the best ❤️❤️
