Large rooms. Very clean. Great location. Water views.

Street traffic noise. Noise from adjacent units.

Kitchen was very well outfitted for cooking. Great space overall and great storage in the bedroom closet and dresser. Wonderful televisions for streaming. Loved the large shower. We were very happy with our stay and would definitely return.

There were a couple broken items - one of the blinds in the living room was broken and one of the chairs in the living room had a questionable foot. It would have been nice to have had sheets that actually fit the bed so I didn’t have to totally strip and remake the bed every day. The fitted sheet wouldn’t stay on because it didn’t fit properly. Not well insulated between floors. We had one couple above us for 2 nights that walked so heavy we thought they were coming through the ceiling. Dining chairs were very uncomfortable. We had to go buy clothes hangers as the ones provide couldn’t be removed from the rod which we found very difficult to utilize.

The location is great. The apartment is spacious and super clean.

The bed mattress is not comfortable.. Need to add a wand for the shower

Spacious, updated, great location.

The rooftop bar and restaurant causes soo much noise it almost ruins the whole point of renting a penthouse. The foot traffic and extremely loud music continues till 1:30 AM, and by 6:30 Am- they were back at it with setting up for the day . Also, they should supply garbage bags, cleaning products, and more than 4 sets of towels for a three day stay with 8 guests. Bring your own Tide pods , garbage bags, and earplugs . If you need to sleep through the night, consider the second floor! We had multiple rooms rented for a wedding, and many guests were very pleased ( on the lower floors).
