Our Habitas AlUla

A truly unforgettable stay. The location in Ashar Valley is absolutely spectacular and the hotel blends beautifully into the surrounding landscape. The whole place has a very special atmosphere. The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive and professional throughout our stay. Everything was very well organised, from the arrival to the service during our stay. Our room was beautiful, comfortable and very well maintained. We especially loved the peace, the views and the feeling of being completely surrounded by nature. I would particularly like to mention Mr. Nourldin Mohamed and Mr. Charles and his entire team they made us feel very welcome from the beginning at the pool and restaurant area. One of the best hotel experiences we’ve had. We would definitely come back to AlUla and stay at Our Habitas again. Highly recommended!

The only thing we found a little excessive was the price of the hotel’s airport transfer, which felt quite high compared with the cost of booking a taxi through other platforms. Apart from that, everything was excellent.

My staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. This was truly a wellness resort. The people of Al Ula were very kind. The property has so many amenities and benefits. It was very well worth the price.

I loved everything about it

1) The facilities, including the pool, gym, yoga studio, restaurant, e-bikes, golf buggies, the rooms. 2)The daily offering of activities 3) The art installations dotted around the property

Nothing

The location was fantastic.

Overall, there were very few activities, the restaurant was sub-par and the front desk staff constantly looked like they were forced to do their job.
