This cottage is absolutely perfect for anyone who wants to stay in a home from home - it had everything we needed for a couple of nights stay, it was very modern, with good quality furnishings and kitchen, and was very clean. It was easy to find, easy to access and all the information was supplied to us in good time, and had parking on the driveway right next to the front door. Unfortunately, Booking.com made an incorrect listing and we had a problem with the number of beds; we needed 4 but there was only 3 (they listed one bedroom as 1 x double AND 2 x singles, instead of 1 x double OR 2 x singles) - we rang the host, Pamela, and she was so helpful, she arrived at the property within a few minutes, and even though it was not her error, she sorted out the problem and gave us another 1-bed property to use free of charge - I cannot praise her highly enough for sorting out this issue so quickly for us, and she was so kind and friendly, nothing was too much trouble for her. We absolutely recommend this property, and this is the best customer service, ever!

A home from home Very comfortable.

This was a beautiful cottage, end of row of three cottages. Really nicely decorated, very clean and cozy. Pam the host, was fabulous with check in details and messaged us on check out to thank us for looking after the cottage. Perfect location for shops and local pubs. Short drive from Chester (25 mins). Nice outdoor seating area.

Parking isn’t very clear and we drove down the front of the house not realising there was no parking at rear but once the neighbour told us we sorted it out.

Very clean with some nice personal touches to make you feel welcome

Great stay at the bright, airy and extremely clean cottage. It was ideal for my two girlfriends and I for a short break. It had a very well equipped kitchen, though we ate out at Hartford Hall and Chimes. They were both within walking distance and served excellent food.

The single beds were narrow and this bedroom would not have been suitable for anyone other than children or small ladies.

The cottage had been tastefully and beautifully renovated. It was spotless and very comfortable. We had a most enjoyable stay.
