I liked the size of the room, the bathroom (quite new), the bed (very comfy) and the location (very central).

I didn’t like the fact that I had to chase the property to receive the check-in instructions, the bathroom cleanliness (found a few hairs), the hair dryer was not very powerful and broke down while I was using it. Finally, the walls were quite thin and I could hear people coughing and talking at night which was a bit unpleasant.

really nice room, nice furniture, even a better bathroom that the picture, really clean, nice view from the balcony and friendly and professional staff. They also had free coffee and juice in a common area of the building.

Fantastic location. Bed was very comfortable, bathroom was great - had a really nice shower. The street had a lot of fun and busy bars on it but you couldn't hear the noise in the room at all which was brilliant.

Reception is only manned at certain hours. When I arrived nobody picked up the phone and I had to wait around again. It was stressful to learn that the only way to store luggage was with a €2 coin. I don't use cash anymore and Spain is a country where you can pay everywhere by card, therefore had to find a bank machine, pay a comission to withdraw (as my home currency isn't euro), then go and find specific change. Found this quite annoying when they could just take the luggage. The reception is only manned until 18:00, so if you want to collect your luggage after check out you will not be able to do it any later than this, as there will be no way for you to enter the building again.
