Booking.com customer service was friendly and helpful in trying to get us a partial refund for our trip we could not take.

I can’t speak for the accommodation as we could not get there due to road being closed due to ice. We attempted to get a partial refund without success. We understand policy’s but found the owners to be extremely inflexible given the circumstance, not even refusing cleaning fee that we didn’t use. We were extremely disappointed in their response.

Nice place, lots of space for 2, fast internet which was nice with us both working, comfortable beds, lots of amenities/didn't want or need anything!

Odd odor in the house, both of us had significant allergy issues staying there (pet dander?). In the en suite bathroom the shower is very small/challenging to use. Then10 digit lock combo was a bit annoying, maybe change it regularly to the guests own cell phone number? Trying to remember a 10 digit number...speaking of which the lighting outside the front door is NOT good, the CFL bulb that is in the fixture offers almost no light, we had to shine a flashlight on the door to open it at night, and walking in or out into total Montana darkness? Not ideal.

I liked that we could walk places from this property. Right at the base of the mountain. Clean and had what we needed to cook and relax.

the location to down town was so close!

there are turkey eggs right outside our door in a bush. we didn’t mind being from MT, but I expect the Turkey will get more aggressive if not removed.
