The view is outstanding and second to none. The apartment was clean. complete Privacy and good environment. Good food around. Friendly staff.

Per person hidden chargers on arrival, then you have to make a deposit through zelle through the app itself for the key and it is a super slow and time taking process i have wasted 2 hours after check in to get the building and elevator key. The pool sucks as its on 1st floor and has 10 chairs or so along with nothing around it at all, for the pool there has been 0 efforts made its a complete waste of time, energy and money, if happiness is excluded. Additionally, the wifi drops as per its mood and timing. Different frame and a different mattress was something i never expected in a place like this TBH. The bathrooms are super small and suffocating as the window opens towards the lobby.

NO WORKING WIFI !! This was so irritating! They dident fix it for us! Not enough toiletpaper and trashbags. No respons when we askt after compensation. Friendly responses but no action.

A view, not extraordinary, just a view. No breath taken on this "breath taking view".

Soooo many things : 1. The place is dirty and old. If you need a minimum of cleanliness, please reconsider. Everything is old and in really bad shape. Both the building and the apartment. 2. The price listed on booking DOUBLED when I made the final payment. It was about 300$ per night, OUTRAGEOUS! I asked for a cancellation with no fee, didn't bother to answer 3. The host sent 5 messages with rules and regulations but didn't bother to answer my 2 requests to cancel the booking with no fees. Too busy, I guess. Or maybe when they fool someone to stay there, they don't want to miss on that fool. 4. No working WiFi or TV. When I asked it to be fixed, again no answer. They already had my money, so why bother.
