It was so near from centre and the staff was amazing, pool was amazing, animation team etc.

Perfect location, airconditioning, balcony

A very nice apartment but unfortunately very poorly maintained. First experience was check in - you have to take the bus for a few stops to go to the office with the luggage to pick up the key and fill in a number of documents. At checke in we found dirty towels, dirty curtains, mold on the balcony and in the bathroom. Next thing was broken wardrobe with falling shelfs and broken chairs in the room. Not mentioning the dirty smelly pillows and bed. Also the bed was covered with 2 small sheets placed sideways instead of one whole sheet. Maybe to complete the picture - the TV was not working and noone ever came to pick up the garbage. I am sorry to say that but all in all it is a disappointment for one's dream vacation.

This is probably one of the best locations in Sunny Beach. It's literally five minutes away from the beach! Plenty of restaurants/bars/pub choices on 5 minutes walking distance. Be ware of the parking, thought! It't not the host fault, but you will need to park your car in a paid parking, because of a limited time parking zone in the area! Zornitsa residence also provides you with free coffee, which was delightful!

Unfortunately, the apartment was not clean enough. There were a lot of spots on the bed sheets, as well as the apartment curtains. Mattresses had sand on them. The sofa didn't look dusted well enough. There was sand all over the shower cabin and on top of that, the drain was clogged. We had to wait a total of 5-6 hours until a maintenance personnel showed up and fix the drain. Also, the booking offer shows that TV is available at the apartment, but this is not true at all! The TV is not connected to the local cable and even if you ask for support, the host will just tell you it can't work this out. Don't plan on having a working TV!
