La struttura e' stata ricavata da un pre esistente piccolo negozio o magazzino. Necessita di tutte le conformita' adatte ad una struttura alloggiativa. La struttura sta letteralmente a 4 metri della SS11. Sostanzialmente vi e' un continuo via vai di auto, moto e mezzi pesanti. La posizione in se' e' da ritenere molto pericolosa, soprattutto per famiglie con bambini. L'ambiente e' mancante di impianti di sicurezza. La cucina e' piccola (se si puo' chiamare cucina), il frigo e' piccolo (se funziona). Le stanze sono piccole e scarsamente ventilate. C'e solo un condizionatore aria calda e fredda. La seconda stanza e' un pseudo salotto con divano a letto. Non ci sono delle finestre propriamente chiamate finestre. Sono delle vetrate. Infatti si presume sia stato precedentemente un negozio. La cosa piu' terribile sta nel fatto che l'impianto acqua calda non e' funzionante. C'e un boiler significatamente datato che chiaramente non soddisfa le esigenze di una famiglia (quando e se funziona). Abbiamo prenotato 2 notti, ma siamo letteralmente scappati il giorno successivo. Questo mi ha creato dei seri disagi. Ho comunque un contenzioso aperto sia con la struttura che con Booking.com. per un risarcimento. Attendo riscontro.

The host was reachable via email. I have not seen her in person during my entire stay, but that was not a big issue. The apartment is a part of a large family house (but it's a separate unit from the rest of the house - guests will have their own entrance). It was very curated and cleaned accommodation overall. The bus 53E will take you straight to Venice (and Padova). Great value for your budget, highly recommended.

These are not hosts' fault at all (more like tips for future guests) but : - if you are a light sleeper please bring along earplugs. The apartment is situated on a big street with a lot of traffic day & night. - mosquitos in the area : I had to turn the AC on while sleeping to sway them.

First of all, it is a very good starting location to Venice. About 200 meters to the bus stop that goes to Venice. Parking space under the apartment. Clean, the host helpful.

The offer is prepared in such a way that it gives the impression of two separate rooms when in fact it is a room and a living room. In addition, the host does not speak English. Due to the specific windows and location, the apartment is dark.
