The location is really good. The place is secure and the tandem parking bay was great to park both our vehicles comfortably. The interior is tastefully done and it is very spacious. The apartment is comfortable and there is more than enough space for even 4 people. The electric blinds were an interesting feature, even though we battled to get them working, as previous guests played around with the settings and messed them all up. The second bathroom is huge and has a great shower and bath in it. The m.e.s is very tight with only a shower with a door that doesn't quite shut, so we all used the other one. It was great to have a dishwasher in the kitchen. The coffee machine was also much appreciated! The tumble dryer came in useful for damp towels as well. We enjoyed the view from the rooftop with the beautiful pool, but it was not hot enough to swim. I can see that this will be a great feature in hot summer days! The security guards are friendly and helpful. Overall a quiet apartment building, well-situated, interesting architecture, and a comfortable stay in a spacious unit.

It is not quite walking distance from Newlands cricket grounds, but very close to drive. Even though the furniture is beautiful, the couch in the lounge is a bit uncomfortable and I battled with the softer mattress in the main bedroom.

The place was as beautiful as the photos. Place in good condition with everything you need. Will definitely stay here again. Very Central to everything.

Modern building. Good security. Close to main roads, restaurants, shops & schools: Bishops, Rondebosch Boys, etc. Washer-dryer combo worked very well. Good wifi. Although small, nice living room.

Whole stay someone else occupied our parking spot! No aircon. Fans in bedrooms, but weather was terribly windy & hot, so needed to open windows. Main bedroom: blinds makes loud slapping noise when window open. Should install curtain like the other bedroom. Window wouldn't stay open. Terrible blocked-drain smell in 2nd bathroom. Carpets in bedrooms need cleaning. Main bedroom can do with an upgrade.
