The rate was one price, then the add ons brought the Bill higher. From $297. To over $500. Left a day earlier and received no refund.

Lots of space. Easy rules to follow, easy to check in and out without contact. Neighbors didn't bother me at all

No water brita in the fridge

Great restaurants in the area. Easy access to the property because of a lockbox key. Close to the location, we needed to be near. The neighbors were nice on either side of property.

The place needed to be cleaned better. It is a little outdated. The other occupants of the property were loud. The beds need to be replaced in some of the rooms since they seem unsteady when you get on and off of them.

Very nice Appartment, big enough for our family of 5, very clean, great beddings. We appreciated the tips about what to do, where to eat in Buffalo and Niagara Falls given in the apartment.

Policy of the apartment was to be quiet after 10:00pm as the apartment was on the 2nd floor in a multifamily house and there were some other people living in the same building. We have been following the policy however the 3rd floor tenants have been very loud until 1:00am the first night of our stay and that was not very convenient.

I like that there was everything you need from toilet paper to garbage bags, it felt like my home away from home.

Not enough mirrors in the apartment and it was a little difficult for 3 ladies to all get ready with only the mirror in the bathroom
