Lovely cottage with plenty of room in rural location handy for westward ho and hartland etc
Bit damp smelling but thats to be expected in old farm cottage ...tiny patio garden. Bluebell cottage next door probably better suited for dogs.
Creaky floorboards

Cute cosy cottage. It was clean and well presented.
No fault of the property but it was about 1.5 miles down a road/ track very rural. Not an issue for us but may put some people off.

It was very good value for money.
Beds were comfortable.
Sofas were comfortable.
The flies were awful & the windows should have all had netting plus instructions on how to deal with them. There were only 2 teaspoons. The downstairs extractor fan & various lights didn’t work. The hot tap in the bath didn’t work properly. No hot water on last morning. It just wasn’t clean enough including tiled floors. Kitchen cupboards, beds & sofas smelt of damp. The owner should not have let himself into the property thinking we’d gone the night before we were due to depart.
