The property is very colorful and new. Just in front of the metro station.
The room was TINY. And there are no sun-beds near the pool. The common area can be improved with more facilities or activities available for the guests

We couldn’t have asked for a better stay at Lyf One North. The room was snug but had a place for everything we needed, including our 3 suitcases, and plenty of space for hanging clothes. The bathroom was clean and practical, and the aircon was a lifesaver! The facilities of the hotel were great, the pool was lovely and we made use of the laundry area. The location was ideal for us, with the MRT just over the road and plenty of places to eat and shop nearby.

room only but food options across the road in the office complex. A well appointed gym and cloths cleaning facilities and places to prepare simple meals and eat a takeaway. Bus service nearby and a MRT station across the road.
very small OK for a couple but better suited to single occupant.

No breakfast available. Location for mrt very good
The automated checkin - frustrating failure time after time
Unpredictability of room cleaning service. Need notice of when e.g every other day. As it was I went too long without a clean - then had to request day before leaving since was so needed
