Extremely good, polite and supportive staff. Helped with everything we needed for our baby incl. baby food. Super clean and well managed property...not very far from the main city. Got an upgrade too on request. Made our Udaipur visit memorable and comfortable.

Its a New property from Wyndham group . Enjoyed the freshness of the rooms and the good view of the city with wonderful sunset . Food is good . Swimming pool is not heated . Car park is adjacent to the property and a bit inconvenient as no valet parking is provided .

1) Charged for expensive room but didn't give it to me until we ask for it 2) Didn't handle the fire alarm very well. No transparency on what's going on.... 3) Entrance staff were not very helpful with medical needs 4) phone not working. Didn't get it fixed for 2 days while we were there 5) location of hotel is bit on outskirts. Notthe best location. So value for money is not great
