Well lit parking lot and kind and friendly check in and out staff even late at night.
Very busy hotel with not enough parking considering three hotels basically stacked next to each other. Also getting into the parking lot was complicated.

There was no breakfast!
They lied in order to charge me $150. I never not even once smoked in that room. The house keeper Melissa told me I should leave her a tip when I checked out and because I didn't leave a tip, she lied & said I smoked in the room when I did not!!

The property was disgusting on the outside there’s cigarette butts everywhere. It’s smell like weed and cigarettes combined. The pictures on Booking.com were very misleading like it showed there was grass in front of the building but I guess they changed it to gravel now.

Reasonable location although there was some noise railroad and motorway noise. The road was a good size, clean and modern. Check-in staff were helpful. Would select again quite happily.
I was not impressed with the evidence of dogs leaving their mark by the ground floor entry. I would expect staff to wash that away daily if they are going to permit dogs to stay. Because of allergies I prefer to stay where pets are not allowed but did not think to use this as a selection option.

We were HOUNDED not to smoke, threatened there will be a fee if we did. Told person we didn't smoke. We went to non-smoking room which reaked of cigarettes. No shampoo, they told us in vending. Vending machine not stocked.

There were 6 police cars in the parking lot when we arrived. It was pretty unsettling. The staff was acting weird and couldn’t tell us anything

The rooms are remodeled and so comfy and modern. And they have room service.

The cable was nice, as well as the clean and comfortable bed. Very friendly staff.
What i didn't like is that it appears there were brown stains on the bathroom door jam, and exterior of the door which was kinda gross, when we arrived there was urine all over the seat.
