The kettle leaks when pouring. There are only three wine glasses for four guests. The bed linen in the living room is not adapted for winter: it's just a bedspread wrapped in sheets on both sides. You can close your eyes to all this, Rome compensates for everything, and Marco was very nice from the host side, gave two pannetones and a bottle of spumante as a Christmas gift. The apartment needs a major upgrade, and you can't claim it for four people.
