Victoria Hotel & Residence

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel with my daughter. Everything was absolutely perfect — the room, breakfast, swimming pool and the beautiful view from our window were all outstanding. A special thank you to the amazing staff! It was my daughter’s birthday, and I had asked in advance if they could surprise her at breakfast. They organized everything beautifully and with such warmth! It was truly touching, and they created a very special memory that my daughter will cherish for years to come. Thank you so much for making our stay so memorable! We would love to come back

Beautiful view to the mountains in the small mountain resort of Villars. Large, clean room with beautiful large balcony.

This is not truly a 4*, rather a 3* hotel: no amenities in the room like coffee or tea pot, no minibar, no room service. The spa is not great quality, sauna and hammam both very high temperature without temperature indicator. The pool is insufficiently heated, it’s more of a normal pool than a pleasant, spa pool.
