A beautiful cottage set in a lovely location - quiet and surrounded by bush. A great base for exploring the Hutt Valley.
This was a lovely cottage full of lovely things. It wouldn't be suitable for a family with small children as you would be worried about breaking all the nice things in the cottage. Overall this place is as cute as a button.

I sent two guys to Upper Hutt for work. They stayed in this lovely home for 4nights. They said it was amazing and they very much enjoyed their stay and would stay again.

Warm, comfortable. We were out of the house before 7:15 & back after 8 each day so only really used for sleeping and only got to see the lovely garden on our last morning leaving at 8am. When the central heating went off it was fixed very quickly after we reported which was great service.
The very end bedroom didn’t have a mirror which would have been useful with 4 women in the house.

The location is great, really peaceful.
If I had to pick something...the living room furniture could be more comfy...I like a couch I can sink into!

The actual set up, furnishings, close to where we needed to be to visit family

The garden was so lovely, I loved the sound of running water while sitting out on the deck. The house was carefully and lovingly decorated - almost felt like stepping back in time. It was so peaceful and had everything I needed for a relaxing stay. I especially loved the opportunity to have a bath!
The only little issue was I couldn’t pull into the driveway without scraping the undercarriage of my car on the concrete..
