Excelente locación

Estuvimos sin agua una noche.

Good location, beach and restaurants are walking distance. Fast wifi, AC works well.

The bed is extremely uncomfortable. the pillows are essentially pointless as they are so flat. There is only one small quilt for the bed which is not large enough to cover two people if you are sharing the room. There are never any staff available to help, no one is ever in the reception area. Room never is cleaned, trash never taken out, toilet paper or towels never replaced. Obvious mold all over walls in bathroom. Shower can only be scalding hot or freezing cold, and the water pressure is inconsistent and weak so it takes very long to wash yourself. when requested to have shower fixed the staff was unable to. There is a safe but no batteries in it so it’s useless.

Mala ubicación , muy ruidoso, la tercera cama era un colchón en el suelo, no agua caliente, zonas comunes abandonadas, cucarachas en la habitación, otros huéspedes fumando drogas en zonas comunes, no había presencia de personal, no limpiaron la habitación ni cambiaron toallas, pedimos irnos y que nos devolvieran el dinero de los días no disfrutados y no nos lo devolvieron .

I liked the location of the property and helpfulness and availability of the owner.

Mold on the walls visible in the bathroom. The smell of mold in the apartment due to the bathroom and most likely a moldy AC. The level of cleanliness of the apartment and shared kitchen was disappointing. The equipment in the kitchen is quite old, dirty and mostly broken. Either price need to be lowered or the things repaired.

A really nice, clean hostel in Santa Teresa. The rooms are spacious with attached bathroom and had a good hot shower, not to mention the air conditioning in the room made it to sleep in the night despite the heat. The kitchen is very well equipped. The owner and the staff were friendly and provided very good recommendations. A 2-3minute walk from the beach which is across the road. I had booked for 2 nights and was disspointed that I was unable to extend my stay, as it was booked out. I highly recommend Casa del Sol.

- Perfect location : in the middle of the 2 surf beaches. Right next to the supermarket. - AC in all the rooms all day - Complete kitchen and really clean - Bed made everyday and rooms and bathroom clean - Best social hostel, meet so many people, the vibe is just perfect. supposed stay 3 days and finished to stay 2 weeks. Definitely one of the best moment in my 9 months road trip.

Some protection for the food baskets against the raccoon would be nice
