Great location, well equipped, nicely decorated, enough space
Couldn’t figure out how to get the A/C to work in the bedrooms

Not that much
Apartment had an odd smell and the air conditioning didn't work correctly, couldn't bring internal temperature to below 80 in the rooms. TV remote didn't work properly, only being able to adjust volume for 2 days out of the 7. Was offered $300 discount on next visit to 1 of 30 different properties for 5 star review (I expect this is why there are good reviews) there is no chance i would book with their properties again

"Unterkunft war gut ausgestattet und nicht weit weg vom Pier. Hat super mit dem Zugang funktionierte und war passend mit der Garage gleich dabei."
