tha place was dark nobody was there when I got there I had to wait 2 hours with my stuff out side

The bed was really bad with springs digging into you and even though we were the only people there, when we asked to be moved to a different bungalow because they put us in the one next to the main road and across a building site that wasn't mentioned at all when we made the booking, they said there were people booked on the other ones for next day which wasn't true, no other guests until the day before we left ...

lovely spot on the water and sweet host, though I never met her, she took care of me by phone :)

a little lonely for a solo traveler but would be great for a couple.

The location right on the beach was amazing. Walking distance to beach bars, restaurants and 7-eleven. Oliver and Mam were friendly and helpful hosts.

Very nicely organized and clean bungalow. The staff and owners were very friendly and helpful. On checkout made sure I had transportation and helped me with my bags.

There's road noise but that's to be expected since the property is between the beach and the road. All of the properties on this road deal with that.

The location, the part of the private Beach and the People where super nice.

The Matress was very uncomfortable and should be changed. Besides that everything was phenomenal.

My bungalow was literally on the beach, and the sunset was amazing

boy the house keeper was nice. the room location is right next to the beach

the room was dirty, no fly nets, mosquitoes all over. cockroaches and something else nested in the bed. no cleaning services in between nights and no towels exchange . no taxi’s coming on that street. At the photos the place looked alive with a bar on the beach, right now except one person that is a house keeper , there was no one.

The manager, Boy was a nice and welcoming person. He helped us get settle in easy by going out of his way to do things for us. Made sure we had everything we needed. Great stay! The view was really nice from our room, beach is literally 10 steps away.

The owners could really look into upgrading the mattress, pillows, blankets and towels. Very uncomfortable mattress, pillows are ok, blankets were dusty. Bathroom was very cramped. The location is however a little disconnected from main areas. Need to rent a bike but has restaurants in walking distance.

it‘s direct at the Beach. you have a 7 Eleven not far away. and eben Restaurants and Scooter Rent is near by. But what makes the resort so special is the staff. super friendly and accommodating. Especially our host Boi. no matter if you have questions or if you would like to have a nice chat over a few beers in the evening.

The location is amazing with a stunning view of the sunset. The room looks like a tiny fully equipped house but it is very frugal. Excellent value for money though and the location makes up for it.

Linens and especially towels could be better. Towels are completely useless as they don’t help you dry up. The mattress is below average.

The best is that bungalows are in front of the beach, not even on the other side of road. Beach is excellent for walking, eating, drinking , sea not good for swimming because it's very shallow. Location very good because if you have a scooter you are near to tongsala but also to the the north and northwest beaches. The front bungalow is by far the best, though a little pricier. There is a kitchen

The area around bungalows could be a little more "taking care". It is written but in case you don't notice NO wifi. NO room cleaning ( extra 200 baht per time) Bed is next to wall so one person has to jump. For us it was very bad that there weren't not any cleaning materials for example to mop the floor, to wash the dishes. They are cheap and they upgrade the staying and for a few days it's not easy to buy by yourself.

I arrived Late from the pier only to be greeted with two wonderful smiles and some beer. I have to say the warmth and friendliness of Mam and Oliver was exceptional, nothing was to much trouble and they went above and beyond to make my stay amazing, in fact they were an Integral part of my journey and I hope to see them both soon. I met some wonderful people at Free Concept and was fortunate enough to be welcomed into there little family. They were exceptionally inviting to all my friends and Ii really is a place from home to home. The Sunsets were simply amazing and two early morning rainbows were also spotted. and I was luckily enough to experience the wonderful BBQs cooked by Jom (Chai) and had even had an evening with the locals. I hired a bike from there family and was delighted to have such a wonderful experience. Really really grateful for all that you did and I look forward to seeing you again soon. :)

Everything was perfect and I personally was delighted with no complaints.
