There is nothing to like about RESIDENCE VICTORIA. This accomofation Should be removed from the Booking.Com wirh Immediate effect. I am writing this as a very strong warning to the Booking.com organisation to remove this RESIDENCE VICTORIA from their Application. They constitute the worst accommodation rental that i have ever witnessed, in all my travels world wide and over the years with Booking.com If they were operating in my home Country of Ireland, i would have them reported to the An Garda Síochána and ensure they are pproperly investigated, especially the owner of this fraudulent establishment and have them completely shut down. I use this opportunity to also emphasize that Booking.com should make every effort to ensure that hotels and especially RESIDENCE APARTMENTS and holiday homes coming out of Countries like Togo, Benin, Nigeria and Ghana should be properly vetted by the police and submit an authentic signed and stamped vetting certificate, from the state central police department, and not just from any area local police Station , where they can flash a few currency bills at the hungry underpaid police officers and and get Anything kind of documents Signed and stamped.

The receptionist / Secretary was very rude and the property owner was equally rude, hosrile, very abusive,arrogant, aggressive, and not qualified to run such an establishment, dealing thje Public, from all walks of life, and from all over the world.
