Good hotel. Friendly staff.

Friendly staff, clean room and good breakfast

Location and noise. A motorway is in front of the hotel and railways at the back. We could hear cars and trains in the night. Also we could hear what was going on in neighbour rooms.

The breakfast was good and the personnel was friendly.

1. I had booked a non-smoking room - but this was not the case; it smelled like smoke everywhere. The receptionist, just offered to spray some fragrance but he could not offer another room. It was terrible to sleep in this stinking room and all of our clothes were smelling after the stay. 2. It was very hot in the room and even after the receptionist had programmed the air condition we could not feel any cooling. So, tried to sleep with open windows 3. The room was 100m from the Simplon-Milano railway connection. Cargo trains are running all night making it impossible to sleep: Stinking room, air condition not working, open windows with impossible traffic noise. 4. The shower towel was dirty - looked like someone wiped his butt - very disgusting!!! (see picture)

First of all the hotel is very beautiful, wonderful view from the window. The staff are friendly.

need a bit of a refresh of the renovation

it’s a small family hotel where the staff is simply outstanding. we came at 22h and were a bit hungry so the checkin lady did everything to find us some things to eat. overall we slept well. thank you

The receptionist was wonderful. She promised to offer me a good cup of coffee in the morning and it was great ! Thank you, Stefania.

the sound proofing of the room could be better but not a major issue

This was the first time we had stopped at this hotel and it was very nice. The staff were very friendly, helpful and pleasant. The room was very clean and the beds were very comfortable The bathroom was very clean and the shower was very good The breakfast was continental and very good
