Location, nice condo. Had everything we needed and clean.

Parking. Understand the current situation, but some guidance on where to park would be helpful.

Location was the only thing this property had going for it.

No parking…anywhere. It was not made known that the parking structure was deemed unsafe until a week before we came and it was too late to cancel. The parking structure was 40/night and it was far from the condo. There was no support in any way to offer a shuttle service through this condo rental. Other condos in this building were rented through another property management service and did offer a shuttle service. I called numerous times to get support with where to park and how to get our things to the property and not a single person offered help. Vacasa and Booking.com both offered nothing and hung up on me several times. I am deleting this app and will post on my social media to warn others of the mess. This condo was expensive and the beds were horrible, hard and had the most uncomfortable sheets we’ve ever slept on. The condo was tiny and extremely dated. I’m fine with that if the price was reasonable, but I paid 1700+ for 2 nights so not cheap.

Water not hot enough! Very little hot water. It’s gone after like 2 minutes and there’s 3 ppl in the room.

it wasn’t the unit advertised at the time of booking ….the car park became condemned last Oct and no one contacted us plus the management changed and changed location for key collection without any communication until we arrived at the wrong place. I flagged these item with Drew the manage and was told to take it up with Booking.com I then run out of Toilet Paper as only two rolls had been left for our 11day stay and never got any response! I’m disabled and have a hard time travelling with my family that likes to ski ….all of the above made my holiday hard work without the original management company looking after us with a shuttle van to transport us around ! all changed with no communications !!! very poor

Finding the Property: The address of the property provided was NOT where the location of the building was - Google took us to an adjacent property and there were trees and a stream between that location and the building.... every one of our party arriving spent at least 1/2 hour trying to find the building.... why not put clear instructions as to how to find the building in the information provided ahead of time? Or at least a map for people at check in. Handicapped Access: There should have been notice about extensive stairs needed to be negotiated just to get to the elevator... you should NOT assume everyone who wants to rent the property is young and able - In fact, you should clearly state that the property is NOT Handicapped compatible. Broken Elevator: East Elevator broken and we were on the 5th floor and had to use the West elevator at the far end of the building. NO Place to drop off people, bags and food at the building and NO Notice of this beforehand. Finding the Parking Garage: Location was NOT the address of the building and was inconspicuous to find - NO NOTICE Confusing Parking Notices: Vacassa passed on that the owner said the parking might be unsafe and that we could find parking on the street(turned out to be very few spots) or pay for parking at another parking garage - when in fact, the parking garage was safe and the message should have told us about (1) No drop off at the building - best place to drop off people/bags/items, (2) How to find the entry to the parking garage, (3) the extensive construction on the road adjacent to the property. Hot Tub and Spa Noticed Closed: It was actually open, so we actually missed the opportunity to use it due to being misinformed. We found out late in our visit that it was operating and available.
