Beautiful view on the Hatta sign from the room with the mountain view. The staff at the reception were great, they even upgraded me to a room with the mountain view, which I was very grateful for! The hotel is in a mall, so there is a supermarket right underneath, which was very handy. There is free parking available.
The room smelled a bit damp but the smell disappeared after a while. The shower pressure was not good and it took a bit of time for the water to get warm, especially in the morning.

Property has good views, close by to Hatta Dam, Hatta Outdoor activity area and other local restaurants.
Breakfast was very average. It was not grand, but even for basic things like bread, we had to ask them few times to arrange it, as it finished when we reached for breakfast. The staff initially was apprehensive, but later arranged bread for us.

Almost nothing, maybe that room was reasonably clean
Highly overpriced, should have paid no more than 300 aed, I paid 650. Surrounding is miserable, room is average and noisy, breakfast the worst I had in this part of the World served with plastic dishes and cutlery

The location and view of the property was amazing. The hotel restaurants had yummy food options.
There is also a shopping area where you can pick up local stuff.

Nieszczelna kabina prysznicowa, przez co woda wylewała się na całą łazienkę.

Very helpful and discrete staff. The food in the restaurant (Wadi Rock) was delicious and very good value. We had dinner and breakfast there. Every dish we ordered was excellent middle Eastern cuisine. The breakfast had a wide selection and good coffee. Plus, the outdoor seating area was wonderful (in December temperatures) and the large tent was a great place to relax in.
We took 4 bicycles to ride at Hatta Hub - the staff let us store them in a secure room overnight. Great service.
The water pressure in the shower was a bit low.

Thank you team for allocating beautiful room with a view. Wonderful staff at the reception and restaurant. Special thanks to the concierge for showing us around and dropping us to the bus station. We look forward to visit again.

Hotel in a small shopping mall (at the entrance of Hatta) with some shops and three restaurants, large terrace, nice views from the room to the mountains, friendly staff
The wall painting in the room seems a bit dated, room rate slightly overpriced

Breakfast was a bare minimum, not much too choose from but we came very late so it might be the reason.
The room was facing the main street and its too much noise during the night as heavy traffic is going by. So the staff should known this and informed about it, especially since the hotel was not completely full i would maybe been possible to swap, but we didnt know before after..
So ensure you get a room facing the lake, quiet.
