The property is in a great location, my room (king room) was large, spacious and this includes the bathroom. The staff were excellent, so helpful and accommodating. I would stay again.
The only thing missing in the room was a fridge. I thought this was strange and apparently only the suites come with fridges. Every hotel room should have a small fridge for guests.

Everything! Close to food shops and pet much everything downtown.
Maybe invest in some sound proof glass because it was busy and loud pretty much all night, and we were on the 7th floor.

The patking was not ideal because it is downtown and the wifi was not working.

Location was great for what I wanted. Overall staff was very friendly. Kudos to valet staff who were always fast and friendly.
The age of the hotel is showing in the rooms. Especially the bathroom tiles. But I would hate to replace the original flooring unless it can be replicated. Also the weekend staff in the kitchen were extremely rude. I was happily shocked on Monday how wonderful, friendly and attentive the staff was. Also, the fact the website stated there was a restaurant for dinner and a working gym in the hotel was false.
