Cobran tarifas adicionales que no están en el perfil de los servicios que ofrecen : 2 dólares por parquear dentro de las instalaciones. 15 dólares por llegar el día de la reserva después de las 10pm. Cobran tarifa adicional por hacer aseo a las habitaciones. Tarifa de 3 dolares por el desayuno. Sumando todo es mejor alojarse en un hotel que ofrezca todos los servicios en el valor del alojamiento. En este caso : lo barato sale caro…no es un alojamiento recomendable para los viajeros. Sumemos 25 dólares por noche al llevar la mascota pequeña.

Odie la forma como me cobraron todos los servicios que no detallan en la reserva y la forma como me presionaron ese día para llegar a hacer el check in porque necesitaban que pagara si o si. Desconfían mucho de los huéspedes. Con la cama adicional fue igual, no me dejaron tranquila hasta no cancelar. Es claro que al ir de viaje se debe pagar, pero la presión por pagar me pareció demasiado alta, me sentí como delincuente, con tanto cobro, sobretodo porque ya había pagado 350 dólares por todo lo que me quisieron cobrar y me estaban presionando por pagar la cama adicional un día que salí y no sabía la hora de regreso al alojamiento. Me sentí muy mal tratada como huesped.

La limpieza, la vista es excepcional, linda decoración. Personal muy amable. Instalaciones modernas y nuevas. Hay un guardia de seguridad toda la noche pendiente del acceso de vehículos lo que se valora mucho.

El sonido del ascensor es molestoso, suena toda la noche indicando el piso. La ducha de agua caliente no funcionó además, el agua constantemente se sale de la ducha al no tener un tope lo que podría generar un riesgo de caída. Una señorita de atención al cuarto tocó mi puerta muy duro a las 8 am mientras dormía, a lo que acudí a abrir la puerta, tenía un desayuno que nunca solicité. A pesar de que pidió disculpas no pude volver a conciliar el sueño lo que me molestó mucho.

The hotel itself is beautiful, very modern.

When we were ten minutes away, I called to get directions for the taxi driver. We got there and there were two different buildings on either side of the street. We didn’t know how to make contact. We found a buzzer so I tried 5 different office buttons, there was no answer. I finally contacted the hotel through booking.com to tell him we were there, not sure why he hadn’t been expecting us. Finally the host brought us up to our room and immediately asked for payment. He stood there while I ruffled through my bag. My husband asked if we could meet him back on the main floor (we prefer some privacy when handling our money). After we paid him, we never saw him again. There is no garbage can in the outdoor facilities, other than the bathroom. The kitchen doesn’t have one and there aren’t any around the pool area. When we decided to use the pool, my husband took it upon himself to clean it. There is no pump of filtration system so all the bugs and leaves were floating. It wasn’t until mid afternoon that an employee went over and skimmed it. The night before leaving I reached out to the host if he could order us a taxi for us the following morning, at 5am. He said he would, yet I had followed up with him 2 hours later. He finally responded letting me know it was ordered. There was no taxi in the morning which was very disappointing. We had to walk to main road with all of our bags and flag one down, not as easy that early.
