This house is in the New York section of Port Charlotte, which for the most part is okay, but this house is on one of the worst areas of that section. Most of the houses on the street are unkept. The pictures of the house are deceiving, making everything look much bigger than it is. Also, there are child locks on the cabinets because they don't stay closed, the color of the paint in the house is unusual, especially the dung colored woodwork. We also mentioned when we were filling out the form that we were three adults and two children ages 7 and 6. Imagine our surprise when we arrived and found that there was only room for four people to sleep. We had to go buy a blow up bed for one of the kids to sleep on or someone would have ended up on the floor. Also, we were told to turn on the dishwasher before we left and I had to contact the team to bring over the dishwasher soap. The beds looked like camp beds. This house needs a revamp. The best I can say is that the cleaning crew does a good job and there are pool toys.

Redo the whole house. It is ugly.
