Location was great, right near the beach and a shot walk into town. The place was well presented, clean and the host was easy to contact.

Swell is well equipped for a family holiday.

We only stayed for two nights and were out most of the time but when we were home we would have liked to relax and listen to some music - no matter that we followed the instructions and what we tried we could not connect nor get the speaker to work.

For family with kids and pets it is perfect!! The house was extremely comfortable to stay in. It looks like dream holiday house!

Heated pool and short walk to the beach. Outside undercover verandah close to the kitchen was great particularly as the weather wasn't great on Friday night. Downstairs laundry/bathroom was spacious. Didn't use downstairs lounge as spent most of the time on verandah. Made good use of the pool as family time with a new baby in the family.

There were lots of weeds beside the driveway and garden. Lucky we didn't swim in the pool on arrival as it wasn't up to standard until Saturday. The lawns hadn't been mowed so couldn't use back part of the property. ( I believe it had been raining a bit in Culburra in the lead up to our stay). The upstairs bathroom for sharing of two bedrooms very small.
