The staff was super friendly and helpful. We got the larger double-bed room, so there was enough space, although it was nothing too spacious.
The free amenities provided on the first floor are a great touch. The room was clean, but nothing particularly special.
They also have “free” washing and drying machines, which work perfectly fine. However, you need to pay ¥100 for detergent and another ¥100 for softener, so technically the laundry isn’t completely free.
Overall, a great value-for-money room.
The hotel’s exterior, lobby, and hallways have been renovated and look new and modern. However, the rooms still have old furniture and home appliances, so it is definitely not a new hotel as shown in the pictures.
The staff was super friendly and helpful, but their English was very limited. This was a bit surprising, considering Okinawa is such a popular tourist destination and there is also a large US military presence here.
When we entered the room, there was a musty smell. Unfortunately, the smell also came back on a few random days throughout our stay. There was also a bad smell coming from the drain in the toilet on some days.
The Wi-Fi was quite poor in the rooms and would automatically disconnect after some time.
I also saw cockroaches three times near the elevator entrance. After that, I checked the Booking reviews and saw that some guests had found cockroaches in their rooms as well, so I guess we were lucky that we didn’t encounter any inside our room.
AND THE MOST IMPORTANT ISSUE: the room is cleaned for free only ONCE if you stay for more than a week. This is really unacceptable, especially since other hotels in Japan generally offer regular room cleaning as part of the stay.

The location is amazing. You ca walk and grab food the head straight to the beach! Perfect for a vacation
the room was a bit crammed, but we also had a lot of luggage so understandable.

I liked that it was near convenient bus stops, and was comfortably set up.
I wished there was more options for food nearby.

The staff was very friendly.
The entrance and a few other parts were remodeled to seem newer, but the hotel itself was quite old and used. The amenities provided were bare minimum - without even water to drink (not even water machines) - and the place itself was not the cleanest. The walls had peeling wallpaper and stains throughout. There was even an alarm set in the TV that went off at 5am that we had to turn off, ridiculous given that we were on vacation and wanting to sleep in. There was no sound proofing so we could hear almost everything, especially the plumbing throughout the building. Would not recommend staying here.
